The [First] Twelve Days of Easter
Easter is a 50-Day Celebration in the Catholic Church. Here’s a little ditty to get us started on the first twelve days! Everybody sing along!
The [First] 12 Days of Easter

On the first day of Easter my Bible said to me (2 Peter 3: 9.14-15, 18) [1]:

1 Peter 1: 3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy we have been born anew to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
[4] John 17: 1-3: When Jesus had spoken these words, he lifted up his eyes to heaven and said, "Father, the hour has come; glorify thy Son that the Son may glorify thee, since thou hast given him power over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom thou hast given him. [8] John 20: 1-8: Now on the first day of the week Mary Mag'dalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb. So she ran, and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, "They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him." Peter then came out with the other disciple, and they went toward the tomb. They both ran, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first; then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb; he saw the linen cloths lying, then the other disciple, who reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed.

[10] Matthew 28: 1-10: Now after the sabbath, toward the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Mag'dalene and the other Mary went to see the sepulchre. And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone, and sat upon it. His appearance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow. And for fear of him the guards trembled and became like dead men. But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid; for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. Lo, I have told you." So they departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples. And behold, Jesus met them and said, "Hail!" And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid; go and tell my brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see me."
Luke 12:32: [Jesus said:] "Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
[11] Galatians 6:14: May I never boast of anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me and I to the world.
[12] Philippians 4: 4: Rejoice in the Lord, always; again will I say, Rejoice!
1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18: Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.
